crew very helpful & willing to locate the exact part that I wanted.
We even overcame the problem of getting the part to me, as I am

Earlier today I wrote an e-mail regarding
an order I had placed (#R.3839).
I then decided that since the weekend was just about upon us I should
call so as to get a timely response. I spoke with Bob. I informed him that
only half my order had arrived and I was concerned about the missing half.
He took the necessary information, contacted UPS, then called me back
with assurances that the order was in fact shipped in tow installments and
the second package was still in route with UPS. All this he did in less than
60 seconds -- and that is not an exaggeration. I am most IMPRESSED with
the customer service I received. If this is how you treat someone two
thousand miles away I can't imagine how much better the personal service
must be. Although I am not "in the business" and will rarely need auto
parts, I can say this, if the need does arise, I will most certainly be
contacting you....FIRST.
